We use Marine Glue on all our plywood unless otherwise
specified, as there is no off gassing and makes for longer
lasting walls.
All standard buildings come with 12 inch extended eaves on all
sides and one SIPs door with latch. 8 ft. walls, 12" extended
eaves and one SIPs door with latch and weather stripping.
Interior is smooth Cottonwood or sanded smooth plywood.
All building sizes reflect interior sizes. Exterior is rough

Our Windows are all double-paned, low-E Vinyl with Vents
Windows up to 3 feet wide installed.
Windows 4 foot and wider, owner to install after panels are
connected.
We cut the opening and supply framing.

Trim Packages
Our standard trim package is a pre primed spruce 3/4 in pre
cut and ready to install.
Package includes partially assembled corners, gable trim and
wall batons.
Close knot cedar available as an option call for prices.
